Tom Wolf has been a staple on the Atlanta music scene for over three decades. From 1982 through 1992, Tom performed, booked, and ran sound at The Freight Room in Decatur.  While there, he worked with talents such as John Hartford, Odetta, Tim O’Brien, Ralph Stanley, and even Peter Tork, to name just a few.  He worked for Eddie Owen at Eddie’s Attic for five years after that, where he met many more artists who have influenced the world of music. In 1997, Tom was nominated for a Grammy for a song co-written with Jan Smith entitled, “(I Never Should Have Fallen in Love With You), BUT I DID”.  You can hear Tom's harmonica on " Live From The Underground"  by Atlanta rapper Big Krit.  Tom has produced five albums of original music to date, as well.

Tom has played so many venues around the city of Atlanta, it would be easier to list places he hasn’t played.  To name just a few, Tom has performed on the main stage at the Fox Theater, as well as the Rialto Theater, Six Flags, the Lake Lanier ballroom, and numerous restaurants and lounges.

For over five years, he appeared every Sunday night at New York Prime in Buckhead. Tom’s songbook includes artists as diverse as Frank Sinatra, Van Morrison, Elvis, Tom Petty and The Beatles.  He does a wonderful tribute to Motown as well. With such a wide variety of styles, Tom is guaranteed to please almost any musical taste.

Tom Wolf is one of Atlanta's most entertaining musicians from start to finish. Tom's beautiful voice and fine tuned guitar and harmonica work can take you on a musical journey from blues and country rock back through jazz classics and pop songs with the ease of the journeyman musician that he is. Tom has played all of our clubs throughout the years and will be back.

While running a production studio, I need to have a roster of top-notch musicians that I can rely on getting the perfect take every time.  Tom Wolf is one of those people. He is on the top of my list when I’m looking for a harmonica player and/or a lead/background singer.  I’ve hired him to play and sing on different genres including Blues, Rock, Folk, and even Caribbean. He is a real professional - he’s always on time and is very easy to work with.  If you ever need a reliable musician, do yourself a favor and call him. You won’t be disappointed.

Tom Wolf was employed as a singer/entertainer at New York Prime Atlanta for 5 plus years. In that time he along with his guitar and Miss Frances(his ukelele)was delightful to work with, interacted with guests, was always there early before scheduled time, this taking stress off a busy restaurateur's pre dinner check list. Tom was my "Go to guy" when other entertainers schedules changed and needed substitutions. His musical style fit our restaurant space beautifully and he played to the room as a perfect accompaniment to the ambience and vibe of a busy restaurant.
